A tennis player for most of my life, I learnt to play predominantly on clay and hard surfaces whilst growing up in Europe (UK and France). In my early teens I was ranked inside the top 5 boys 12U and 14U in Southern France. Learning from a group of accomplished coaches and ex-players (inc Yannick Noah), I cemented my passion for the sport.

Having started to coach 18 months ago, the most rewarding aspects have been to see young players develop not only technically but also develop a keen enjoyment of playing tennis. Nothing better than a group of smiling and happy kids at the end of a coaching session! I also run West End Lawn Tennis Club, and have 2 children who are high performance junior players so understand the requirements and standards needed in tennis coaching.
