Anna Ruepert
Managing Director
Born in Sydney, Australia, Anna discovered tennis at the age of three before pursuing cricket throughout her junior years. Her career initially took her away from sport and into hospitality, where she held senior Sales and Marketing roles with Accor Hotels across Australia and New Zealand, managing multi-million-dollar budgets for the company’s economy hotel division.
Following four international expatriate postings and the arrival of her family, Anna returned to the sport that first sparked her passion. As Tennis Manager at Next Gen, she played a key role behind the scenes in transforming the club, contributing to its first Caro Bowl premiership and helping it earn both Senior Club of the Year and Event of the Year honours from Tennis Auckland.
Anna joined Kiwi Tennis in 2018 and became a co-owner in 2019. Since then, she has helped lead the company’s evolution into one of New Zealand’s largest and most innovative tennis coaching businesses, overseeing significant growth while focusing on creating exceptional experiences for players, schools, clubs and communities.
Away from tennis, Anna remains a passionate supporter of the long-suffering Wallabies. Rugby runs deep in the family—her grandfather represented England—so hope, it seems, is hereditary.
