Entry-Level Fun!
Focus on developing fundamental movement skills.
Encourages creativity, play, and enjoyment. What parents can expect: Children build confidence with a racquet while improving basic movement skills in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

Future Stars is just for kids. Smaller courts, shorter racquets and softer balls mean that kids can play a proper game of tennis from the moment they step on court.

Our development path for players who want to focus on advanced techniques or have come through the future stars programme.

A professional training environment that is tailored to their specific level.  Squads generally compete in interclub and tournaments, both locally and nationally.

Includes fitness & matchplay.   These sessions are by invitation only.

For all those budding players aged 5+ who want to learn this great game, our holiday camps focus on hand eye coordination and movement, with expert tuition in all the basic strokes – forehand, backhand, serve and volley.

Older students are also welcome!

Tennis Xpress is a worldwide ITF programme catering for beginner adults taking a ‘serve, rally, score’ approach to learning. The programme is a fun, innovative way of teaching tennis which removes many of the barriers associated with learning the sport. All the basic techniques, singles and doubles tactics and movement patterns are covered in this course.

These sessions are fast, with lots of running! Working in pairs you’ll attack or defend your position until you drop! These drills-based sessions are often pay as you go, or drop in, to work in with a busy work life.

Haven’t played since school? Life got in the way? This session is designed for players wanting to get back into the sport, who have some experience.

Encourages creativity, play, and enjoyment. What parents can expect: Children build confidence with a racquet while improving basic movement skills in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

The red ball is larger than a yellow ball and doesn’t bounce as high (just 25% compression), making it a breeze for even the youngest players to hit comfortably. The courts and nets used in the Red stage are much smaller making it easier for kids to move around and enjoy success. Red level players may be beginners, improvers or even advanced players.

After mastering the Red stage, children move on to the Orange stage where the ball bounces a little higher (50% compression) and the court is a bit bigger. Orange players play over the regular net on a three quarter length court.

The ball used in the Green stage has a higher compression than the Red and Orange stages (75% of a yellow tennis ball) and children play on a full-size court.

The second step in our development path for players who want to focus on advanced techniques or have come through the future stars programme.

The programme will be on more advanced stroke techniques, including topspin and slice,  movement and rally patterns, as well as point play. A great step towards matches and interclub.
